I was flying back to Australia last night and the menu on the flight stated ‘corn fed chicken breast’.
I find it amazing that so many restaurants promote ‘corn fed’ chicken and ‘grain fed’ beef as a hugely desirable factor on their menus! (see my blog page regarding the impact of Grass Fed vs Grain Fed Animal Diet).
The soy marketing campaign will have truly done its job when in place of that, the restaurants proudly state ‘soy fed’ chicken or beef and people believe that’s a good thing…
